“I’ll”（私は～します） + “get back”（戻る）+
“to you”（あなたへ）
で、ほぼ直訳。
ここでの “get back” は、自動詞の句動詞（句自動）で、
「折り返し連絡する」「後で回答する」という意味がある。
“I will get back with you.” とも言う。
電話に限らず、会議中に生じた課題（宿題）
